All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned. dyb108 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your deposited funds at any time.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. To process a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing times may vary based on the chosen method and account verification status.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals or is no longer available. Bitcoin and Ethereum withdrawals are typically processed within 5-15 minutes once approved.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal. dyb108 reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawal requests if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your wager details (amount, selection, market) before confirming. dyb108 will not cancel or modify wagers after they have been accepted, except in cases of obvious error as described below.
dyb108 reserves the right to void or adjust wagers in the event of obvious errors, including but not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction, incorrect match or game details, or circumstances where the result of an event was already known at the time the wager was placed. In such cases, affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned.
All games on the dyb108 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or are conducted by licensed live dealers under audited conditions. The Platform integrates with third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and blockchain networks. dyb108 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of these third parties. Any disputes arising from third-party services must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.
